Our objective is to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. We understand that rugs sometimes do not meet expectations when seen in the intended room setting and must be returned. Please read our Risk Free Return Policy below.
- All returns must be initiated within 15 days of receipt and returned within 30 days.
- Rugs must be returned in unused, clean, undamaged, as-new condition. We will not accept rugs that have been visibly damaged or soiled. A full purchase price refund will be made when rug is returned and received by our personnel under above condition.
- When packing rugs, please do not place tape directly on rugs or fold rugs.
- The RA# must appear prominently on the outside of the package. Any package not marked with the RA# will be refused and returned to sender.
- Return shipment is to be made at the buyer’s expense.
- Although we strive to display the most accurate colors possible, due to differences in computer monitors, we cannot be responsible for variations in color between the actual product and your screen.

Call Discount Rug Outlet toll free at 1-866-880-0066 for your Return Authorization Number (RA#) and rug return address.

Wrap rugs securely in original packaging or equivalent to ensure adequate transit protection. Place RA# prominently on outside of package.

Ship rugs using either UPS, FedEx or any other carrier who is able to provide an accurate tracking record of the shipment. After the rug to be returned has been shipped, forward a tracking number to support@discountrugoutlet.com.

A full refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned rug.
